Aletta: I am Valerie Armstrong’s eldest sister. Valerie told me about your idea for Oreo Mouses. We have a 3 year old granddaughter, and the Oreo Mouses are a cute idea. As I was reading the recipe and looking at the pic of the “mouse,” I had an idea. Mini-marshmallows (one half dipped in chocolate as the almonds are) could be used as “ears” for the mouse. Little ones, especially, might like that variation. Takk.
